Please could you provide information on the following;
1) How many people are currently on waiting lists for social/affordable houses in your area? Preferably broken down by type of property needed (accessible, number of bedrooms) and age bracket of applicant.
2) How many social/affordable houses are currently vacant in your area?
3) How many, if any, social/affordable houses still do not meet Welsh Housing Quality Standards (WHQS) in your area?
4) A breakdown of occupants currently placed in social/affordable housing in your area. Preferably broken down by type of property needed (accessible, number of bedrooms) and age bracket of applicant.

The number of applicants currently on the Bridgend Common Housing Register
(the shared social housing register between the Local Authority and the
four main housing associations that operate in the county borough) is as
follows:

This information is not held by the Local Authority. The Local Authority
no longer owns any housing stock as it was transferred to Valleys to Coast
Housing in 2003.
3) How many, if any, social/affordable houses still do not meet Welsh
Housing Quality Standards (WHQS) in your area?
This information is not held by the Local Authority.
4) A breakdown of occupants currently placed in social/affordable
housing in your area. Preferably broken down by type of property needed
(accessible, number of bedrooms) and age bracket of applicant.
