1) How many social housing properties Caerphilly County Borough Council has
2) How many Caerphilly County Borough Council social housing properties did not meet the Welsh Housing Quality Standards in 2018-19
3) How much Caerphilly County Borough Council spent on maintenance and repairs to their social housing properties in 2018-19.
If any of this information is already in the public domain, please can you direct me to it, with page references and URLs if necessary.

The Authority currently has 10,663 properties however at the end of
2018/2019 the figure was 10,717.
2) How many Caerphilly County Borough Council social housing properties
did not meet the Welsh Housing Quality Standards in 2018-19?
At the end of 2018/2019, 4,601 were not compliant.
3) How much Caerphilly County Borough Council spent on maintenance and
repairs to their social housing properties in 2018-19?

Â£1,332,692 - Cyclical
Â£57,902,334 - Grand Total
