Dear Achieving for Children,

Please could you let us know the number of children in Richmond and Kingston who received a Social Care Assessment in undertaken by a Social Worker when they were transferred from a statement of special educational needs to an EHCP, or when they were assessed for their initial EHCP.

Please could you provide this information for the past 3 years, by year.

Please could you also let us know the total number of EHCP transfers in RIchmond and Kingston undertaken or given for the first time, for the past 3 years, by year.
