Please provide a complete list of addresses of commercial properties which have a rateable value up to £11,500 and where the current ratepayer is NOT in receipt of
small business rate relief.

Please also include:
- The company name of the ratepayer
- The date the current ratepayer became liable from
- The Rateable Value of the property
- The Valuation Office Description of the property (e.g. Shop and Premises)
