Enquiries_EastAnglia, Environment Agency

Dear J King,

Thank you for your enquiry of 22 August 2018.

Before we can process your enquiry we require the below clarification

Do you mean monitoring done by EA?
Do you mean monitoring done by the operator?
What type of monitoring are you interested in?

The EA does not 'monitor' as in taking readings etc, but we review monitoring data submitted by the company.

The company sends in monitoring data on a quarterly basis. We will then review and complete an inspection form.

Once we have this clarification we will supply the information/data you have requested as soon as possible. This will be in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act (2000) and the Environmental Information Regulations (2004).

If we can be of further help, please do contact us quoting our reference number stated in the subject title.

Dear Enquiries_EastAnglia,
I do not require all data such as gas readings, unless they are above trigger point, or river readings.
The county council physically monitors this site every three months. Within the various planning applications it states that within the conditions it should not duplicate EA license conditions,so I would expect the EA to cover these to at least the same time scale.

Yours sincerely,

J King
