Roedd y cais yn llwyddiannus.

Dear Cumbria County Council,

My request is made under EIR 2004.

The Cumbria Minerals and Waste Local Plan 2015-2030 (CMWLP) Site Assessments (https://cumbria.gov.uk/elibrary/Content/...) shows Rockcliffe Industrial Estate (site BRO5, Kingmoor Park Rockcliffe Estate, Carlisle) under "Broad Areas for waste".

1. Please provide the dates and consultation documents (or links to where they may be found) showing Cumbria County Council's public consultation on the inclusion of site BRO5 in the CWMLP.

2. Please provide all consultation comments received by Cumbria County Council relating to Rockcliffe Industrial Estate as a site suitable for waste since 2008 (or links to where the consultation comments may be found). Please include the date each consultation comment was received, or at least sufficient information so that it can be determined which consultation each comment relates to.

3. Please provide all information held showing how Cumbria County Council took the consultation comments received regarding Rockcliffe Industrial Estate into consideration when it included site BRO5 in the Cumbria Minerals and Waste Local Plan 2015 -2030.

Please provide the information by email in a readily readable format (such as PDF documents) and/or public website links to where the information may be found.

Yours faithfully,

D Mudge

Dear Information Governance Team,

The response to my information request FOI-10582-2021 appears to be delayed beyond the statutory 20 working days. Please let me know when I can expect a response. My request is urgent because it will help inform my comments regarding two planning applications under consideration.

Good Afternoon Mr Mudge,

Thank you for your email below.

Unfortunately there has been a delay in disclosing this response as there are 495 pages that need redacting which I am currently in the process of doing. These 495 documents also reference multiple organisations which will all require third party consultations. We usually give the organisations 1 week to get back to us. As such, your disclosure will unfortunately be delayed by at least 1 week. I can only apologise for this delay. However, we are doing everything we can to ensure this information gets to you as soon as possible.

If you would like to submit a complaint to the Local Government Ombudsman, you have the right to do so:

Good Afternoon Mr Mudge,

Following from your email below, I am writing to you to advise that I am extending the timescale for disclosure from 20 working days to 40 working days.

Under the Environmental Information Regulations, we are permitted to add an extension to the time where the authority believes that the complexity and volume of the request would make it impractical to comply or
reach a decision about whether to refuse the request, within 20 working days.

Kind Regards,

Sophie Harrison
