Cafcass have replied to this question and stated no he does not work for them? but you state you can not reply to this? how would some one who wanted to make a complaint do so if he does not know if he is working with you or not? surely yes or no would be an answer you can reply to?

Does Mr Powell at present work for the local authority in birmingham?

Just checked the HCPC Register all Social Workers have to be listed unless they are Junior & not fully Qulified.
Your Social Worker is qulified he registered with Birmingham Council 1/12/2014 and is still registered their untill 1/12/2016.
Your Should have been told that you can raise a Stage 3 Corperate Complaint,get in touch with Corperate Affairs in the Council.
