Under the FOI, please provide an itemised list of the names of television productions (a.k.a. 'shows', 'programmes', etc.) that have moved production activities and/or copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights once held by the legal entity of the British Broadcasting Corporation (and other BBC trading/production names e.g. "BBC Cymru Wales") to BBC Studios Ltd., BBC Studios Productions Ltd., BBC Studios Drama Productions Ltd., BBC Studios Productions (Clifton) Ltd., BBC Studios Distribution Ltd., BBC Studios Channel Investments Ltd., BBC Studios Investments Ltd., BBC Studios Corporate Services Ltd., and/or any other trading name of "BBC Studios" or "BBC Worldwide", the year of which the production activities or rights moved for these productions, and to which legal entity they moved to, from the year 2016 to present.

While I understand the activities of your corporate subsidiaries are not subject to the FOI Act, the moving of intellectual property rights and production activities from the BBC to another organisation is an activity of the BBC and therefore is subject to the Act.
