Dear Nottinghamshire Police,

I would like to request a breakdown of appeals made to Nottinghamshire Police to have names removed from the sex offenders register since 2012.

I would like to know the date of these appeals, the offences committed which placed each person on the register, the gender of each person, and the outcome of each appeal.

I would also like to request a figure of how many people are currently on the register in the force area as of the date this request is processed, and how many of these are of each gender.

Yours faithfully,

Isaac Ashe

Thank you for my response.

May I clarify, you said an initial search revealed 105 - is that 105 records which would require checking, or 105 appeals made to be removed from the register?

Yours sincerely,

Isaac Ashe
