1. All background papers relating to the £700K?

2. All communications between KPMG and Liverpool City Council (including the date and minutes of any meetings) over the due diligence?

3. All communications (including the date and minutes of any meetings) between Everton Football Club and Liverpool City Council over the disputed due diligence fees?

4. How much of the taxpayers £700K are Everton Football Call to pay back?

Yours faithfully,

John Hanlon

Excellent FOI John. There are media reports where the Ex City Mayor - Anderson has said quite categorically that EFC were going to pay back the whole amount. NOT ONE COUNCILLOR OR OFFICER HAD THE GUTS TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND TELL THE TRUTH. Yet again the people of Liverpool have to pay the price for Anderson's mismanagement and lies
