Setting up my own court with a jury

The request was partially successful.

Dear Scottish Court Service,

Can you tell me if their is any laws that don't allow me setting up and formulating my own court system within my local community? and with my own jury?

As members of the local community have lost confidence in the present judicial and court system. And wish to set up our own courts.

Yours faithfully,

Mike Carrol

"We do endeavour to provide information whenever possible however on this occasion your request is refused in terms of section 17 of the Act as information not held by the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service.
I should say for clarity that the Act provides a right to ask for information held by a public authority. However your request is more of a question rather than a request for information. I did however still deal with your request in terms of the Act". Request = the act of asking for something to be given or done, especially as a favor or courtesy; solicitation or petition: l would now assume that their is no law stating that l can start up my own court with a jury.
