Dear Legal Aid Agency,

Please can you confirm what "service standards" or KPIs exist within the team responsible for assessing and determining AGFS claims.
I would like this to be inclusive of but not limited to the time between allocation of a claim on the system to determination.
I would also like to know whether "de-allocating" a claim stops the time from running on any existing KPIs.
Finally, what system exists to allow claimants to identify the assessor of a claim - not by name, of course, but by some reference code or number? If there is such a system, what should be requested by the claimant? If there is no such system, why not?
