Thank you for getting back to me.
Regarding question two, I reference the PSNI Conflict Management Manual

If something similar could be replicated, that would be much appreciated.
Regarding questions 3 and 4, I reference the PSNI Corporate Policy page. Each can be seen under their own listings.

Dear James Thomas
Further to your email in response to our request for clarification of the following:
3. All policies and procedures pertaining to Access to Service Instructions and Service Procedures – Not entirely sure what this means?
4. All policies and procedures pertaining to Service Policies – Not entirely sure what this means?
We are still unclear about which policies and procedures you require.
In your response below your first link was to PSNI's policy around use of force by officers
The second link was to PSNI's procedures for misconduct matters involving police officers.
These appear to be what you are asking for in Q1 and Q2. However we are still unclear as to what you mean by Q3: Access to Service Instructions and Service Procedures and Q4: Service Policies.
Please can you provide more detail around what subject and area of business the 'Access to Service Instructions' and 'Service Procedures' and 'Service Policies' would be about?
I have provided a link below to Warwickshire Police Force Website and the published policies and procedures should this assist you to clarify your request:
