Service Expenses – Agencies

I hope this request reaches you at a convenient time as I am afraid it not a light one. I also ask that you offer the requested information in the most transparent format you can possibly use and with as many details as you can offer.

1 - Does your organization offer CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services)? If the answer is yes then please include this service in the list of services mentioned in the next sections of this request as specified.

2 - A complete and up to date structure of your services. The bare minimum I request for this section is a detailed organisation/structure chart or list on your Social Work, Allied Health, Substance Misuse/Drug & Alcohol and Mental Health departments and teams along with the details of the senior management staff. If your organization offers CAMHS, I would like to request this be included in the list of minimum services.

3 - The number of agency or “locum” staff working within Social Work, Allied Health, Substance Misuse/Drug & Alcohol and Mental Health teams and departments (if your organization offers CAMHS then please include the agency staff for this service as well.). Along with this, please offer the grade or position of the agency worker along with their designated team/department and pay rate.

4 - The agencies that currently supply your organization with agency staff for the services mentioned above along with charge rates for each agency worker currently placed.

Thank you for your recent request for the supply of information relating to Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services.

Under the Act, the Health Board is required to supply the information to you within 20 working days. In terms of your request, this means that the information should be provided by 13th July 2012. If this is not possible, a further letter will be sent advising you of the progress made in satisfying your request.
