Good afternoon

I am the Information Rights Manager dealing with your Freedom of
Information request. I am seeking further clarification of question 4
please.

You did not state a time frame for which you request copies of
communications between the charity and the commission with regards to Dr
Hutchinson, the time frame for question 1 & 2 is January 2015 - December
2017, are those also the dates you would like me to use for this question?

Yours sincerely

Hailley Taylor

Dear Charity Commission for England and Wales,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Charity Commission for England and Wales's handling of my FOI request 'Serious incident reports from Trinity Hall Cambridge (1137458)'. I respectfully disagree that section 31 applies to my request.

I am also of the view that consideration should be individually given to each sub-section of the request. To this end, I cannot understand how release on number of serious incident reports can prejudice any work within the definition of section 31(2). I note that many other law enforcement authorities publish for example crime statistics which in my view is akin to this case. I remind the Comission that the onus is on the Comission to prove that publication of information would prejudice its function within the definition of section 31(2). This does not apply to any other function of the Comission outside the scope of section 31(2).

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/s...

Yours faithfully,

A. Ying
