A previous request (21880 ) was refused citing section 22 (information to be published at later date.

Since that date some information has appeared on the Council's website.

1) Supporting documents are not provided, limiting the value of the minutes.
2) many links are fault (no document or linked to incorrect document).

Your concerns were:

Having now conducted a formal review of your request, I can confirm that our response to your request (ref 22206) is upheld for the following reason that the SEND Accountability Board minutes and documents are available.

Accordingly, I believe the Council met the requirements of the legislation and provided all information it held in response to your request.
