SEN training and Qualifications

Dear Reading Borough Council,

I write to ask you to provide me with information regarding the SEN qualifications & relevant training for the teaching & support staff at Christ the King Catholic School and Holy Brook School.

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like you to supply me the following information: Member of staff, School, Job Title, Year Group, Placement (if relevant e.g. Ark/Mainstream), Type of SEN qualification/Training, Level of qualification, duration of training and date obtained.

The information requested does not contradict any exemptions of the FOIA as illustrated by the ICO decision made and published here regarding School staff qualifications:

I write to ask you to provide me with information regarding the SEN
qualifications & relevant training for the teaching & support staff at

Our response is as follows:

 

We do not hold this information and as Holybrook is a maintained school
and Christ the King a voluntary aided school they both have their own
governing body.

However, you do not have the right to re-use the information in a way
which infringes copyright, for example, by distributing, making copies of
