Dear Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council,

I am making an open government request for all the information to which I am entitled under the freedom of information 
act. In order to assist this request, I have outlined my 
enquiry as specifically as possible. If, however this request is too wide or too unclear, could you please contact me as
 I understand that under the act, you are required to advise and 
assist requesters.



It would be appreciated if you could provide the following 
information:

1) Please provide the following data for the number of children receiving Occupational Therapy within their school setting as required by Part 3 of their Statement of Educational Needs. (The OT being provided by a private OT as paid for by Solihull LA) for pupils attending the following schools. Please put data next to each school:

Alderbrook Secondary School
Langley Secondary School
St George’s School Edgbaston (for placements funded by Solihull LA)
Widney Junior School

2) Please provide the following data for the number of children receiving Speech and Language Therapy within their school setting as required by Part 3 of their Statement of Educational Needs. ( The SaLT being provided by a private Speech and Language Therapist as paid for by Solihull LA) for pupils attending the following schools. Please put data next to each school:

Alderbrook Secondary School
Langley Secondary School
St George’s School Edgbaston (for placements funded by Solihull LA)
Widney Junior School

3) Please provide details of the number of children with Speech and Language Difficulties (including social/communication difficulties) as outlined in their SEN attending the following schools:

4) Please provide details of the number of children with dyspraxia/development co-ordination delay as outlined in their Statement of Educational Needs for pupils attending the following schools:
