has been considered and it is not possible to provide you with the
information you have requested.

 

You asked the following;

Please detail the total cost of security doors and intercom system
installed in 2013 at 39 Murrayburn Park, Edinburgh.

 

Under the terms of the legislation, a request for information can be
refused where one or more exemptions listed in the legislation apply. In
this instance, the Council is claiming the following exemption(s) to the
information that you have requested: Section 38 (1)(b)– Personal
information.  Section 38(1)(b) read in conjunction with section 38(2) sets
out that information is exempt it is personal data and disclosure would
contravene any of the data protection principles. I consider the
information you have asked to be personal data.

 

If you are an owner (not tenant) of property at 39 Murrayburn Park I would
be happy to reconsider a new request if you provide your full postal
address.
