Thank you for your 4 requests for information about high rise blocks.

 

Under section 12 of the Act a local authority is able to aggregate
requests in the following circumstances:

 

o two or more requests for information have been made to the same public
authority
o they must be either from the same person, or from 'different persons
who appear to the public authority to be acting in concert or in
pursuance of a campaign'
o the requests must relate to the same or similar information
o they must have been received by the public authority within a space of
60 consecutive working days

 

The local authority considers that your requests  fall into this category
and they will therefore be aggregated into 1 request.

 

Your request was received by the Information Rights Team on 08 April 2021

 

This is being dealt with under the terms of the appropriate Information
Rights legislation.
