The National Extremism Tactical Coordination Unit (NETCU) is no longer in existence, as it merged with the National Public Order Intelligence Unit (NPOIU) and the National Domestic Extremism Team (NDET) in January 2011 to form the National Domestic Extremism and Disorder Intelligence Unit (NDEDIU).
The National Domestic Extremism and Disorder Intelligence Unit (NDEDIU) sits under the Specialist Operations Business of the Metropolitan Police.
