Section 117 Conflict of Interest
Dear Croydon Borough Council,
1. How many safeguarding investigations and allegations of abuse has LB Croydon not investigated?
2. What is LB Croydon's policy with regards to section 117 funding and their duty of care.
3. Does LB Croydon have a policy that those without mental capacity cannot complain and how does it safeguard against abuse of these vulnerable people.
4. Does LB Croydon discriminate against mentally ill vulnerable patients and have their been cases where LB Croydon have ignored complaints as to not expose corrupt practices?
5. How often do section 117 meetings take place?
6. Can there be a conflict of interest between section 117 funding and safeguarding?
Yours faithfully,
