Dear Stroud District Council,

Thank you for this reply.

With regards to the more recent legal agreements that you mentioned, when will the overview data be available from the S106 officer. I am particularly interested in what has changed with the Section73 variation signed in September 2017.

Yours faithfully,

Mark Ryder

Stroud District Council

Dear Mr Ryder.

Thank you for your email and interest in the S106 agreements for Hunts Grove. I think it may be more efficient for everyone if we liaised directly on this, rather than it being passed through various people as an FOI - its all public information and I am of course more than happy to help. Could you please email me at [email address].

Do you have copies of the relevant agreements? Are there any particular areas of the agreements that you are especially interested in?

As mentioned in previous correspondence, I am yet to go through the more involved details the recent variation agreements and I am currently in the process of liaising with the developer to gain a more updated picture. The production of a summary sheet is therefore work in progress which I expect to be completed by the end of March.

Thanks & best wishes,
