Section 106 Monies

The request was partially successful.

Dear Medway Council,
Please can you give me full details regarding section 106 monies relating to all development, new builds, etc and including the Kingsnorth commercial park where the Amazon Warehouse is located.
I would like to know details of exactly how much was received and where the money was spent.
This should be from the year 2000 onwards.
Thank you.

Yours faithfully,

David Merrall

Dear foiplanning,
Good afternoon. I can see my original request was incomplete, and I apologise for that.
What I would actually like to know is how much money did the Medway Council receive from developers (section 106 monies) and where was this money actually spent for the following New Build sites on the Hoo Peninsula and for the commercial park where the Amazon Warehouse is sited.
a) The development known as the Chimes.
b) The development known as Blossom Park.
c) The development known as The Old Stables.
d) The development known as Nightingale Rise.
e) The development known as Willow Fields.
f) The development known as Church View.
g) The development known as Apple Yard Quarter.
h) The development known as Four Elms Place
j) All developments within London and Medway Commercial Park (I trust I have the name right) including the new Amazon Warehouse.

I appreciate that not all of these developments are yet complete, none the less I would like to know how much section 106 money will be raised by those developments which are yet to complete.
I would also like to know where this money has been, and/or will be spent.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter , and I apologise again for the ambiguity my original email contained.

Yours sincerely,

Dave Merrall
