Further to your request for information under Freedom of Information
Action, please find below my response.

There is no specific S106 agreement directly related to Tottenham Hale
Masterplan SPD.The SPD set out that the Council will negotiate with
developers planning obligation (Section 106 contribution) associated with
the development in the Tottenham Hale area.

The first phase of the masterplan implementation has been the Hale Village
development. The development is subject to S106 Agreement. The agreement
includes a specific contribution of £2.5M for the delivery of
infrastructure in the Tottenham Hale area identified in the Masterplan.
This contribution will be towards the removal the gyratory around
Tottenham Hale and returning the highway to a two-way system and the
development of transport interchange and station square at Tottenham Hale
station.

There is also further contribution of £1M for environment and highway
related work.

These payments are due to the Council To date the Council has not received
any S106 payment from the developer. The Council is negotiating the
phasing of the payment with the developer at present.
