Hi,

 

As this information would need to be requested for our Joint Legal team
and would be chargeable to the Trust we will be refusing this under the
section 12 exemption.

 

FOI10593 from the same requestor was refused for the same reason on
26/07/2017

 

Question 1 Between January 1, 2017 and October 1, 2017 how many

This information is not held in an easily accessible format. 
We believe that the cost of collating the information in order
to respond to your request would exceed the threshold of £450
as defined by the Freedom of Information and Data Protection
(Appropriate Limit and Fees) Regulations 2004.  As a result, we
are refusing your request under section 12 of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000.

 

 

Question 2 How many of these notifications resulted in further action?
Answer
