Screening for Austism Spectrum Disorder in child protection case workers
Dear Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership,
Please could you provide the following information:
People with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), or people with both a low Empathy Quotient and high Systemizing Quotient are ill suited to work that requires a high EQ and SQ (balanced brain) such as child protection work.
Are social workers working in children and family services screened for ASD or high SQ/low EQ issues?
If so, how are they screened?
Yours faithfully,
Dr Robert S. Coull
