to the Scottish Conservative Prize Draw Society.

In response to your enquiry I am able to provide you with the following
information:-

Please can you share any information that the council holds regarding The
Scottish Conservative Prize Draw Society? In particular, I'm interested in
the lotteries it has held, including the dates and amounts raised under
council licence.

Please can you also confirm whether Scottish Conservative Prize Draw
Society is still licensed by the council?

Answer
I can confirm that the Council does not hold any information requested
relating to the Scottish Conservative Prize Draw Society. No licence has
been issued to this organisation from the Council. Therefore I am required
to tell you that in terms of section 17(1) of the Freedom of Information
(Scotland) Act 2002 the Council does not hold the information requested.

If you are dissatisfied with the way in which the Council responded to your
request, you are entitled to require the Council to review its decision.
The review will be handled by staff who were not involved in the original
decision. Please note that in order for a review to take place you must:

- Lodge a written requirement for a review within 40 working days of the
date of this letter
- Include a correspondence address and a description of the original
request and the reason why you are dissatisfied.
