‘Under FOI please can you provide with the following information regarding

Your request was received on 26 March 2018 and I am dealing with it under
the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
As of the 23rd March the figures requested are:
a) How many people have applied for the Special Category Mechanism
b) Of those people, how many have qualified for the SCM? 498
c) How many have been refused the SCM? 150
d) How many applications are pending? 28 applications have been returned
to applicants as further information is needed to complete the assessment.
