Schools Supply Chain

Norfolk County Council did not have the information requested.

Clive Richardson

Dear Norfolk County Council,

This request pertains to all schools and academies that are maintained with public monies. In terms of federations of schools, this is to also include any company and its directors, that maintains or manages schools as part of a federation.

I would like a list of all staff who are either:-

a) directly employed by the school/academy
b) those who act as a governor
c) those who act as a director of an academy
d) those who act as a director of a company formed to manage a federation of schools and/or academies

and who are also a director of a private limited company that has supplied goods or services to the schools/academy they are directly involved with, in the last three years.

I would like to know the role of the persons normal involvement with the school, i.e. Teacher, Caretaker or Governor or Director. I would also like to know the name of the company the staff member is a director of, its company registration number if a limited company, a brief description of the types of good/services provided and the cost to the school/academy excluding VAT for each fiscal year from 2008/2009 through to 2011/2012.

If the staff member is a Head, a governor or a director of an academy or director of a company managing a federation of schools/academies then a copy of their declaration of interest relevant to that fiscal year will need to be provided.

Yours faithfully,

Clive Richardson
