Dear Queen Mary University of London,

I'm requesting information under the Freedom of Information Act. I would like to know more about the recent refurbishment of the School of Mathematical Sciences Building, which was completed around 2019. I would like to know the following:

1. The manufacturer(s) and details of the type(s) of cladding used on the building.
2. Information about the procurement process of this cladding (which may be in the form of guidance or minutes).
3. Details of whether any other cladding was evaluated for this purpose.
4. Certificates of Compliance for the cladding used on the building (such as an EWS).
5. A Fire Risk Assessment for the building.

I hope that the request above is clear, but do let me know if you need any further clarifications!
