Dear Surrey County Council,

This is an FOI request. Please can you supply the following information:

1/ How many children were taken off Collingwood College register by parents looking to home education their child? Please give annual numbers, for the last 3 years, by leaving year group either by calendar or school year.

2/ Could you provide any statistics, qualitative research or information on the reasons given for deciding to home educate?
