I may be missing the point of both the question and the answer here, but the answer appears to be limited only to those primary schools under direct LA control. Is that what you wanted? Given the drive for Academies and Free Schools, it gives a very skewed picture. I accept that Academies and Free Schools are not under LA control, but CWAC should know about them and be able to list them. But perhaps the response they gave did answer your question?

Richard B. Eisenheim

Dear FOI CWAC,

If you have any of the details of clusters that are not under LA control (eg: the names of administrators and schools) I would be very grateful.

Yours sincerely,

R.E

FOI West, Cheshire West and Chester Council

Dear Mr Eisenheim

I am sorry but we do not hold any information on clusters that are not
under LA control.

Thank you.

Yours sincerely
