REQUEST

 

I would like to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act to
obtain information regarding school cluster groups, academy groups and/or
federations (including soft federations) of schools within the local
authority. I would like the following information please:

    

1) Number of cluster's, academy groups and or federations in the
authority.

2) Which schools are in each cluster/academy group/federation.

3) The name of the cluster or federation lead and the name of the school
in which they work.

Education Improvement Partnerships

Through our Excellence for All strategy, the local authority is building
on relationships with schools in which partners share accountability and
take different roles within a new ‘mixed economy’ of school improvement. 
The Education Improvement Partnerships are cross-phase partnerships of
schools working together to improve outcomes for children and young
people.  They are now in their second year of operation, and as they
develop, they are embedding new ways of working across their partnerships
to deliver school improvement.  The LA continues to support the Education
Improvement Partnerships to ensure that they have robust action plans in
place, are focused on key priorities and that they have mechanisms in
place to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of their support and
intervention effectively.
