School Cluster groups and Headteachers association
Dear Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council,
I would like to make a request under the freedom of information act
to obtain information regarding school cluster groups and/or
federations of schools within the local authority. I would like the
following information please:
Number of clusters and or federations in the authority.
Which schools are in each cluster/federation.
The name of the cluster or federation lead and the name of the
school in which they work.
I would also like to know the lead contact information for the Wirral Association of Headteachers please.

Thank you for your recent enquiry in which you asked for the following
information:
Number of clusters and or federations in the authority.
Which schools are in each cluster/federation.
The name of the cluster or federation lead and the name of the school in
which they work.
Please be advised that the Primary schools are divided into 5 areas for
consultation purposes. The areas and chairs are as follows:
Bebington and Bromborough
Alison Kershaw – Thornton Hough
Birkenhead North
Chris Fenna – St Paul’s Catholic
Birkenhead South
Jacquie Fleetwood – Woodlands
Deeside
Kate Brown – Pensby
Wallasey
Amanda Donelan – Christchurch CE Moreton
There is also a formal Pensby Federation:
Chair of PHCG
Jill Pearson – Barnston
Vice Chair PHCG
Greg Edwards – The Priory
