Schema for COINS database

The request was partially successful.

Dear Her Majesty's Treasury,

I would like to request the schema for the Combined Online Information System (COINS) database as it currently exists.

I would like this schema to be in an Excel spreadsheet.

Yours faithfully,

They did not have the schema as the COINS database is not relational -- it is a multidimensional database. They did give the field names in xml though.
