Can you please provide information on the scale (value, cost, quantity etc.) of lost equipment (high value and high worth assets) for Avon Fire and Rescue Services?

Additional information:
- Time-frame: Information for 2017 and 2018
- High value and high worth assets: High value >£500 or of High worth = of importance in fire and rescue services
- Lost equipment means missing from inventory

regarding lost equipment.

 

Your request will be dealt with under the terms of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 and you will receive a response within the statutory
timescale of 20 working days as defined by the Act, from the date of
receipt subject to the information not being exempt or containing a
reference to a third party. In some circumstances Avon Fire & Rescue
Service may be unable to achieve this deadline. If this is likely you will

I write in response to your request for information dated 24.01.2019
concerning lost equipment.

 

Your request for information has been dealt with under the terms of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) and I can confirm that Avon Fire &
Rescue Service holds the information falling within the description
specified within your request.

 

To our knowledge the only piece of equipment that falls under the scope of
your request is the loss of a Thermal Image Camera, which was reported
lost in 2017, with a value of £3,400.

 

I hope that you find the above information useful.

 

Guidance about how we deal with requests for information can be located on

correspondence for the current financial year plus 3 years.

 

If you are unhappy with the way your request for information has been
