The University believes that the name of the main point of contact
constitutes personal data and we are therefore invoking the exemption at
s. 40 of the Freedom of Information Act, in that the data requested
constitutes personal data, the disclosure of which would contravene the
first data principle of the Data Protection Act.   The University uses
email noticeboards to ensure a timely response to enquiries. Please use
