Dear Angus Council,

1) Please provide me with a list of all council-owned assets that your local authority has sold in the previous five years, in Excel spreadsheet form.

Please include the criteria included in Edinburgh City Council's Asset Register: http://www.edinburgh.gov.uk/downloads/fi...

For each sold asset, please also include:

–The sale price
–The buyer
–The date of sale

2) Please provide me with a list if all all the assets currently owned by the council in the same format (or please provide a link if publicly available).

1. An Excel spreadsheet containing a list of Council owned assets
(property) that has been sold in the last 5 years (Disposals FOI 1146-19).
This information has been extracted from our Asset management database.
Where information contains a person’s name or other personal data, in line
with Section 38 of the FOIA (Scotland) Act relating to the release of
personal information I have redacted/removed from the document and added
‘Private Individual’ as a note.

 

2. An Excel spreadsheet containing a list of Council owned assets
(property). This information has been extracted from our Asset management
database and whilst it holds Northings and Eastings not all properties
contain this information.   This will be used to update information on the
Council website.

 

In compiling responses to information requests we invariably use
information which is routinely published on the Council’s website or
through its Publication Scheme.  If you require further information please
first check that the information you want is not routinely published as
any such information is exempt from release in terms of Section 25 of the
Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 or Regulation 6(1)(b) of the
Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004.

sale of the site reference number 0368. Our record, in this  case, hold
both the private individual and company name relating to the sale and I
have attached an amended disposals spreadsheet for clarity.
