Having put in two previous FOIs relating to this matter - here is some info for you
[1] The council does not have a database which includes essential information such as independent valuations of LCC assets, actual sale value [usually a £1.00 !!!!!, individual/company asset sold to, date asset sold etc
[2] LCC stated that they do not hold this information in a database and neither is there any legal requirement for them to do so.
[3] What a wonderful way to hide totally undervalued sales of assets to the usual suspects !!!!!!!!!!

Dear Liverpool City Council,

Further to my initial FOI request, Liverpool city council have not released the information requested within the time as set down in law.

Please as a matter of urgency respond to the request promptly.

Yours sincerely,

Dear Liverpool City Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Liverpool City Council's handling of my FOI request 'Sale and disposals of property'.

Liverpool city council has a database of assets of value
land and property which are held in trust for the citizens of this city if which I am one, it cannot take the time suggested to locate the data base and press print on the keyboard which would then print the list of assets , Property and their disposals or retentions along with disposal values and tendering ?????

I’ll await the response to this internal review.
