• Proof of expenditure
• Total contributions allocated and date allocated
• The party that paid the contribution

Good afternoon, I am writing to advise you that the time limit for responding to your request for information which we received on 12 April needs to be extended.

The Regulations allow us 20 working days to respond to your request from the date of its receipt. However, it is occasionally necessary to extend the 20 working day time limit for issuing a response. The S.106 Agreement provided for contributions to be paid to Dorset County Council for highway improvements. The reason was because they were the local highway authority at that time. Dorset County Council would therefore have held the information about receipt of the payments and the expenditure made and you will now need to contact Dorset Council for this information.
