At Liverpool City Council's Audit Committee on the 15/03/2023 Labour Councillor Ruth Bennett stated unequivocally that abuse at staff, was actively being "encouraged by some councillors."
Based on this please provide the following information:
1. All documentation Councillor Ruth Bennett has relating to her claim that abuse of staff is actively being "encouraged by some councillors." The information should include, but not limited to; emails, letters, texts, social media content, Council minutes and complaints?
