By virtue of section 41(2) of the FOI Act - information provided in confidence - HM Treasury can neither confirm nor deny whether it holds information within the scope of your request.
HM Treasury previously provided their response back to RPC, they should be able to confirm or deny whether they got any RPC follow up letter in return. Please can all correspondence related to letters, post 7th December 2020 between HMT and RPC, be shared in this FOI. Previous letters that have been shared had specific reference numbers, perhaps these same reference numbers were re-used in responses.
