Dear The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust,

I previously submitted an FoI request to ask for details of the contract between RWT and private healthcare company Babylon Health. On 23rd September 2020, you told me that "The information is not held - at this stage the Trust has not entered into a contract."

I now see that the Trust has 'extended its partnership' with Babylon. (https://www.digitalhealth.net/2021/08/ro...)

Can you please tell me:

1) Has the Trust now signed a contract with Babylon for these services, and if so, what is the value of this contract?
2) If the Trust has not entered into a contract with Babylon, on what basis is this partnership being carried out?
3) Has the Trust so far paid any monies to Babylon in exchange for their services?
