Royal Coat of Arms

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Ministry of Justice should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Ministry of Justice,

The Privy Council have directed this request to you.

Please confirm if the Royal Coat of Arms is required to be in all courts of the realm and if any of her majesty's courts are exempt.

Shall all hearings and trials held throughout within England and Wales have the Royal Coat of Arms on display behind the judge sitting in the court or at least within the court , if this is not displayed under whose authority and jurisdiction are court hearings being held.

Can different version be used in different courts with different jurisdiction.

Yours faithfully,

Mr Frankham
