If was confirmed and said that there will be a post implantation review after 12 months from introducing of the 456 bus route. This was confirmed my the Mayor of London there will be a review of the route :

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested because
the review is yet to be undertaken, as the 456 bus route only recently
completed its first year of implementation last month.
