Mr Andrew Brian Hickman

Dear FOIA,

If part of the rough sleeper budget is within the hostels budget, even if not differentiated, I require that along with outreach funding, thank you.

Yours sincerely,

Mr Andrew Brian Hickman

Thank you for your information request. Could you provide clarification on
one point in order for us to ensure we are providing you with the
information you require?

Where you have asked, ‘What is your budget for rough sleepers (not
homeless) for those and the next year (3 years)?’  could you please
clarify whether you mean rough sleepers (excluding the general homeless

are not homeless?

HASS.FOI, Islington Borough Council

Dear Mr Hickman,

Thank you for your email.

I’m sorry if my earlier email of 27 March caused any confusion. In order
for us to respond to your request accurately and with the information you
require, our Housing Needs department requested that I ask you for an
explanation of your definition of ‘rough sleepers’. It is council policy
if a request is not clear, and clarification has been sought, to place
that request ‘on hold’ until we receive clarification and can be sure that
we are clear on precisely what information is being requested.

In order for us to proceed with your request, please could you please
clarify whether you mean rough sleepers (excluding the general homeless
population) or rough sleepers that have now moved into accommodation and
are not homeless?

Please be advised that your request is currently on hold, until we receive
clarification from you.

Best wishes,
