Dear Cambridgeshire County Council,

Could you provide me with the statistics for the last 10years preceding 26th January 2021 relating to road safety on the A10 between The A14 interchange at Milton and the junction with the A1123 at Stretham. Please include the following figures;

1. Number of reported accidents.

2. Number of accidents where injury was reported.

3. Number of reported fatalities.

Freedom of Information Act. We can confirm that we do hold the information

Your request:

 

Could you provide me with the statistics for the last 10years preceding
26th January 2021 relating to road safety on the A10 between The A14
interchange at Milton and the junction with the A1123 at Stretham. Please
include the following figures;

Our response:

 

1. Number of reported accidents.

Between 01/01/2010 – 31/12/2019, there were 184 accidents on the A10 which
includes the interchange at Milton and the junction at Stretham. Please
note, data for 2020 and the beginning of 2021 is provisional and so is not
included.

 

2. Number of accidents where injury was reported.

Please see above to question 1. We only hold records of collisions
involving personal injury in line with the Department for Transport
STATS20 guidance available at:

3. Number of reported fatalities.

Between 01/01/2010 – 31/12/2019, there were 5 fatalities on the A10 which
includes the interchange at Milton and the junction at Stretham. Please
note, data for 2020 and the beginning of 2021 is provisional so is not
included.
