I can confirm that we do hold the information but that under Section 21 of
the Act, we are not required to provide information, which is already

asked to undertake a review of the response to your request for
information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOI/3715).

Conclusion
 
I am satisfied that the Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000
was correctly applied because the information you requests is in the

required.
