Dear Devon County Council,
The Torrington Farmers Hunt hold a meet in the centre of Great Torrington on Boxing Days which blocks the roads for up to around 3 hours. It has previously been confirmed that they need to have been granted a temporary traffic order in order to legally hold this event.
Please provide details of any applications to temporarily close the roads in the centre of Great Torrington on boxing day 2019 (27/12/19).
